Objective:
Sarto Countertops is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our fast-growing stone countertop team as a Countertop Installer. The ideal candidate will have countertop or construction experience, a passion for customer service, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work with a diverse group of people.
All employees must pass a drug and background test.

Responsibilities:
- Load and unload work truck with all necessary tools
- Carry heavy pieces of granite, quartz, marble, and other stone into and off of trucks, as well as into customer’s homes
- Assist Install Lead with placement, installation, and finishing work of customer countertops
- Learn and execute usage of basic construction tools, as well as tools specific to the countertop industry
Qualifications:
- Clean cut appearance and friendly demeanor
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and carrying
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background screen
- Strong communication with customers and teammates
- Excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with basic construction tools
- Willingness to learn
- Passion for customer service
